What are the shipping and processing fees and times?
Standard orders are shipped via USPS Priority or Standard Mail. Upon checkout you will see shipping options so you can select the one that is right for you. Once it has processed in our warehouse. SHIPPING IS FREE ON ALL ORDERS OVER $100( for US orders only.)
NOTE: Due to COVID-19, we have noticed that USPS are experiencing delays in scanning and processing on some shipments at this time. Please note delays might occur so we please ask for your patience and recommend not delaying for Holiday purchases. You may contact your local USPS or delivery person for updates in regards to regular mailing service. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding in the unprecedented times as we all navigate.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship and process within 1-2 business days. Please note we are not in the office Fri-Sun. If you place your order between Thursday afternoon and Sunday, then your order will ship on Monday.
Press, marketing or PR opportunities?
Due to an overwhelming amount of messages, mentions, requests please send any emails regarding marketing, press or PR to email@example.com so that we can sort and get back to you. Do you offer discounts?
We don't. On occasion we do bundle items together or when new lines of planners are released there is a discount on the older model. We don't have any promo codes or discounts beyond that.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Due to an overwhelming demand for our product here in the US, we are not shipping internationally at this time. As we continue to grow we will most definitely look into other shipping options for outside the US.
Can I pick up my order?
We do not currently have a storefront, but we offer a pickup location in Alpharetta, GA for local customers. To place an order for pickup, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email you a custom invoice.
Do you accept returns?
We want you to be happy, but if you are dissatisfied with your order, returns or exchanges are available within 30 days from the date the order was placed, for any unused or unaltered products with all original packaging. You can read more about our Return Policy. If you have an issue with your order, shipping or any damage please email email@example.com immediately so we can get you taken care of.
How do I care for my Journal?
These are all handcrafted products and wear over time is to be expected. It is important to take care of your journal. Always close your journal from front to back. When traveling, take extra care by placing in bag or providing extra protection. Don’t stack heavy objects on or around the spiral (it makes them sad!). Keep in cool, dry place... watch out for those coffee spills! Last but not least, you will begin to see "love" on your journal as you continue to plan and rock it out! (It’s OK!
